Summary

As the Parliamentarian of the Employee Forum at UNC Chapel Hill (2018-2022), it was my responsibility to ensure the Forum’s bylaws were up-to-date and accessible to the public—including the Rules of the Body, or “Standing Rules.” As part of the review and revision process, I created this document as a way for UNC Chapel Hill employees to download and review the Forum’s governing documents. Using the extant branding system of the University, I laid out the Employee Forum’s rules in a navigable, tagged, and WCAG2.0-compliant document made available on the University’s website.
