Summary

At the 2023 annual retreat in Colorado, I interviewed a group of Upstream USA employees with previous experience in clinical healthcare about their experiences providing contraceptive counselling to patients. These videos were used to introduce the Upstream staff to client firms and establish credibility with the clinical staff at partner sites as well as to detail challenging topics and experiences in the contraceptive access space.
