Summary

Wild Under the Stars was a quarterly event series I created for the Conservators Center in Caswell County, NC where visitors could come to the facility to enjoy access to some of the darkest skies in the Triangle & Triad area of North Carolina. Being roughly equidistant from both metropolitan areas, the Center is home to dark, wide-open skies, perfect for viewing meteor showers as well as planets, nebulae, and other astronomical bodies/structures. Visitors had four options to choose from: sky viewing from the Activity Field; a brief, 45-minute tour and sky watching; access to camp overnight without a tour; and the “Full Experience,” camping and a tour. Being a low-lift event requiring minimal staffing and limited access to the Park itself, Wild Under the Stars (WUTS) quickly became a popular and successful program at the Center.

I created the flyers, web banners, webpage, and other collateral to support the program and its marketing.
